Located in historic Greensboro, Alabama, Abadir’s creates homemade dishes rich in Egyptian flavors and Southern elements. All are original recipes, crafted with both taste and nutrition in mind. We use local ingredients when available from our regional farmers and producers.
Our kitchen menu features light fare and pastry—Spiced Tomato Galette, Date & Rose Maamoul (a traditional Middle Eastern shortbread cookie), Charred Eggplant Hand Pies, Tahini Poundcake. This menu isn’t a fusion of two palettes. Rather, it’s a nod to the unique combinations owner and head chef Sarah Cole grew up knowing.
Abadir’s currently operates from a commercial kitchen space in Greensboro. Customers can place orders online or by phone. Dishes can also be purchased at various regional stores and restaurants or at weekly pop-ups.
