The weekly Saturday market is held at the Tuscaloosa River Market on the banks of the Black Warrior River. The River Market is located at 1900 Jack Warner Parkway.

PARKING

  • Main Parking: The main parking lot entrances are located at the intersections of Jack Warner Parkway at 21st Avenue and at Queen City Avenue. We recommend entering at 21st Avenue.
  • Handicap Parking: The Queen City Avenue entrance is the closest to our handicap parking section. Only patrons with proper handicap parking decals will be allowed to park in the lot closest to the building.
  • Additional Parking: If the market is very busy, there are four nearby public parking lots. Two are located across Jack Warner Parkway at the Tuscaloosa Public Library and at the Mildred Warner Westervelt Transportation Museum. The others are located to the east of the River Market in the Visitor Center lot and the lot just east past the River Walk pedestrian bridge.

  • Saturday markets are open year-round, unless otherwise posted, from 7 a.m. until noon.

Payment type accepted varies by vendor. All vendors accept cash and most accept credit cards. Some accept checks, and some use Apple Pay/Venmo.

  • The vendor map changes slightly from week to week. If you CLICK HERE you will see a map of where each one of our vendors is assigned for the year. We do move the vendors to fill spots inside when space becomes available. So, there will be changes. We post a list of our confirmed vendors for each week on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM every Friday by noon.
